RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to love your TAIA piece.
Returns & exchanges may be requested within 3 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, in their original packaging, with all tags attached.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that show signs of wear, or are returned with makeup, perfume, deodorant, stains, or odors.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Once an order has been shipped, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs, even if they choose not to accept or receive the package.
